What to Bring

WINTER:

• Calling card that works in Canada for brief, weekly personal calls (cell phones do not work here). Outside calls may be made with a calling card or 800 number ONLY.
• Heavy winter jacket
• Boots and shoes appropriate to season (snow/mud)
• Shoe chains or "Yak Trax"
• Hat, gloves, scarf
• Rain wear
  
• Flashlight
• Warm, layered clothing

  SUMMER:

• Calling card that works in Canada for brief, weekly personal calls (cell phones do not work here). Outside calls may be made with a calling card or 800 number ONLY.
• Jacket
• Layered clothing
• Sturdy shoes, appropriate to rugged terrain
• Hat
• Sunscreen
• Insect repellent with NO scent
• Water bottle
• Rain wear
  
• Flashlight
• Swimsuit and cover-up/beach towel
• Travel alarm
• Shoes that slip on easily (no shoes are worn in the buildings)
• Biodegradable soap (if you are staying in the campground) - or you may use the one we provide

 

What to Leave at Home

• Cameras (Let it be your heart that remembers.... Please do not take photographs or  videos anywhere within the Skycliffe grounds, for any purpose whatsoever. Thank you.)
